When is the next Official Weigh in?? Is it at the end of the month? (Could be bad - RETOX weekend is 29th and 30th when I have 2 birthday parties to go to!)
I think I may have the balance slightly wrong. I've put another lb since the weekend and thats after 6000ft of Snowdonia climbing.
The diet starts today.
After the sasuage butty.
Weight in every 2 weeks isn't it ? So thats Jan 31st. Unlucky !

Jaffa Cakes are weakness entering the body
Two mugs of black tea with a pinch of sugar, some water and three dry Jacobs creamcrackers here :closed:

couple of oranges, an apple, stick of celery and some crackers as snacks.
However Leeds V Arsenal tonight on box so 3 bottles of Ale in the fridge....

Too true - but I'm sure I can resist for another few weeks - just want colleagues to hurry up and finish them!!
Salmon with mashed sweet potato & brocolli for tea after my short run - then a committee meeting in a pub but as I'm driving only 1 pint in order.

Re: Overweight Confessions
I have seen parts of the scales I haven't seen since 2006!

Re: Overweight Confessions
I resisted the Full Newcastle Breakfast... I may not resist the free biscuits at tea break, although given all the belt tightening (not my belt unfortunately, although it does feel too tight :closed: - I mean the BBC's financial belt), there probably won't be any free biscuits.

I'd lost another 3lb with an upset stomach over last couple of days. Beef and onion pie and chips, plus a KitKat should see me put a bit back on :closed:

Green and Black's chocolate on special offer at Sainsbury's.
Heartless.
They obviously havn't been looking at the forum.

Re: Overweight Confessions
Uh-oh, looks like the wheels are falling off people!! Step away from the pies and chocolate. Although, a Green & Black's Maya Gold...?
*Hot foots it to Sainsbury's*

Re: Overweight Confessions
Snuck a quick weigh in and whilst I don't want to declare my hand before the official weigh in day declarations, I seem to be managing a couple of pounds weekly by just stopping snacks.

Re: Overweight Confessions
I am just waiting for my free lunch. Calorific.

There's no such thing as a free lunch :closed:

Re: Overweight Confessions
Boss has kindly purchased TWO family packs of flippin' biscuits! Great - he's tall and skinny, with will power and I am NOT.
(looking forward to afternoon tea now though).

Re: Overweight Confessions
I'm training again for the BG and need to eat properly. This weekend I'm doing the Hebden (c22ml / 45000ft) plus Stanbury Splash (7ml / 1200ft) so feel I'm justified in munching the Cadbury's Boost Bar I've currently got wedged in my gob :o

I had my free lunch :) Not very healthy, however there was no cakes ( despite the boss man promising me cakes). And I went for the healthy option on the group meal out last night :)

Re: Overweight Confessions
I ate the most bisciuts out of everyone on my speed awareness course today, my excuse was it would slow me down:rolleyes:

Re: Overweight Confessions
As expected, living in a hotel for 2 weeks with a torn calf is not the way to lose weight!

Is everyone too busy eating to post, or are they on such a hard-core crash diet that they haven't the strength to log on? :p

About right. I have had the past 24 hours on the 'Shatkins' Diet. On the plus side I weighed in at 188 pounds this aft. On the downside I am at that russian roulette stage as regards to farting.
