And if they dont get you round...il help you out with a good kick
Is there anyone on here who can't take their place (either half or full) and willing to let me use it as a substitute?
I take it that it is strictly no EOD.
Looking for something else to do with Mickledon being cancelled
If they allow subs on day (and no one at the club wants my place tonight) you can have my place at cost. PM me. Taking me lad to the footy instead.
ps some maps here + electronic traces you can use to generate your own maps (note error a few miles from end).
Do the Half Troggers set off at the same time as the Full Troggers?
Just for pacing reasons really, because the Halfers will be on a faster pace one would expect, and could do with not getting carried away on the first bit :)
No, they set off about five or ten minutes beforehand and go a different way at the start. The full Trog heads downhill and does an extra half mile or so before joining the same route as the half, so you can be most of the way towards Cock Hill before you begin catching them.
Saw your name on the list Bob. Half or full? I'm having a run round full with Dave C
So nobody wants my trog place?
Whimps!
Crickey, I went round it on Monday there is no let up with all them tussocks. Proper fell race!!
Im in for the half and really looking forward to it !!

I hope you're all fit and well and raring to go.
Please can you car share as much as possible as the little village can't cope with a large volume of traffic. Please also park sensibly as the local bus needs to get through every hour.
Thanks
Linda
Good luck tomorrow Linda with the race organision
See you in the morning, Andrew :)
Peter,
You can have my entry. Have just sent you a PM so please call me if you want it. Woke up with a stinking cold this morning so going to retire to my bed.
am rather excited about this,Its gonna be my first long race ever ! Spent 3 hours looking at the map yesterday and writing down the course so dont have to look at map all the time.
Looking at the map, the section from CP11 to CP12 and then to CP13 is near enough going due south, so thats handy to know if the clag is down.
