Somthing to do with the demise of my last batches and maturing product. It's a longish and sad tale. Wife's still here, many litres of lovingly brewed cider are not :eek:

But I have found a couple of bottles of marstons pedigree so they will be my tipple tonight

What a shame for the cider, you could have called it the Mad Wife of a Fellrunner cider, sold it at the races LOL!

Sold 5 cases of the ol' "Rescue Ale" last night at Hartcliffe Hill race. I might stick a few cases in the car and take them to the PPP tommorrow. any takers....

I'm not racing but I was hoping to attend and run round and take picture etc but having read the "Non runners on race track" thread I'm a bit scared of being any where on Kinder:rolleyes:

Everards Tiger Bitter at lunchtime sat in the wonderful garden of the Victoria Hotel Beeston.... Perfect tranquility.... except the railway line a few feet away from the beer garden....

Some good stuff at all Wetherspoon's pubs for the next week or so - it's their annual beer fest. Had a couple of dinks tonight on the way home from work - should hae been with the Collie crew runnig up Moel Famau but succumbed to temptation.
