I'm 'away from station' as they say here but last time I weighed myself (in China last week) I was about par for the course. I think (and hope) I've stabilised around 10lbs lighter than I was at New Year and would be more than happy to settle at that :closed:
We should probably have an end of year round up, since this thread was started at the very end of last year. I hope we are all a little lighter and at least 1 belt hole slimmer :closed:
