My arse was in a major gear doing the Bob Graham a few weeks ago. Wasn't sure if I'd be up to doing Borrowdale so that's why I hadn't entered sooner.

Does anyone have a number for Andy Scoffield? I need to withdraw from the race but don't want to jepordise any future entry by not letting him know with plenty of notice to be able to fill my place.
