10 miles on the road last night.. then 0.8 cool down.. averaged 6:42 pace but last 7 averaged around 6:30, 6:15 for the last 3.. happy enough

Snow here now so the Germans have all hibernated and will only run on the treadmill.. there's 1 maybe 2 mm.. the other day I was out with two and said lets run down this offroad track, to join another road.. and had to persuade them it wasn't too dangerous.. it's a flat sandy track about 1km long.. I think they feared someone was hid in the bushes out of town waiting to attack 3 blokes..
i have been hooked on these since i seen one in amongst the langdales IDP i like your answer but its a brocken spectre if anyone can post a pic of one would be great
back to training 100 mile cyclocross + spinning over 2 days with classes and weighs
Finished the day with 7.3 miles, to the track, 4 x 200s, 3 x 1 mile and jog back..
Cold breezey sub zero conditions and snow covered track..

13.5 miles with rucksack on my back running to work, then my mates for a lift to training. Club training 2/3 of a mile reps X 6 with mile warm up and cool down. Just short of 20 for today.

TT...last night did a road race, was stunned to come joint second. not a big field though, fitness is coming back. about 6.70 miles with 1300ft climb in 48.40. still slow on the climbs but its coming back, did 4 mile easy today as recovery run
