Not sure about quiet around the forum, but it's quiet around here! I've now been sat in the office on my own for 3 days. I should have gone and done a couple of laps of the BGR, no one would have noticed! :confused:

Third day? I was thinking of 2 BGR's on day 1, a PB on day 2 and then a bit of a rest today.
