Solid week, been a decent few weeks now as the weather improved.
m: 11.2 miles road and trail 7:10 pace, got home and the missus was doing 5 so another 5.
t: track 13.3 miles, 8 x 1km at 5:10 pace.
w: lunch: 4 miles steady. pm: 5 miles steady.
t: 20.3 mile trail run 6:53 pace. PR for the loop, pretty happy with it.
f: 5 miles steady.
s: am: 5 miles road 7:15 pace. pm: 5 miles steady 7:15 pace
s: Love Run Half, 2.5 mile warm up, 13.1 mile road race, few hills, strong head wind, 1:16:50, 5:50 pace 6th out of 8000 or so. the aim was just sub MP so happy enough after a hard week, struggled in the wind, weak field so lots of miles on my own. 1 mile cool down. pm: 3 miles steady
93 miles for the week, 1 quality long run, 1 effort session and 1 race.
1 more solid week then start to taper.
