The queue was a lot shorter this year due to the course amendment
Funny thing about that wall at Scout Scar is that it would be easy to avoid the stile by a very slight re-routing of the race. :confused:

That sounds like perilously close to volunteering. :) There's a bag of flags with your name on it! It'd be no fun if we took all the obstacles out.

I will certainly be trying it's a fantastic race route and being a part time local now I have no excuses:D

If you are round during the week at all then Sedbergh School are putting on a good race with a course that's just as good on the 4th of March. See the thread.
If you are who I think you are then I'm up for a rematch after last year :D

I wont be as tired this year got to try and give joe a harder time:D I wasn't sure if you was A.D. but it seems you are...I will be running the howgills as many weekends as I can give us a shout if you fancy some training I normally set off from sedbergh (should be there on sat but holker hall on sun)

I'll be happy if I beat Joe to the end of the road! I'm definately up for some Howgill training though. Timo Austino is about at weekends too. I'll drop you my number.
