"G&B it" is also run to raise money for the MR. there is also a walk along the same lines as a LDWA setting off an hour earlier but the race is pretty good, around 80 runners usually

I know about Tankys and want to do that but alas i am not old enough although i may be able to offer a helping hand

help at registration and the first road crossing is always helpful thanks. Marvin did the crossing last year.
there will be plenty of recces going on oin the next few week so get on one of those for a flavour of the route.

Aye i did a couple of reccys last year. Il definately help out. I can get to marsden fairly easily. Hopefully il make it to shelf moor although im struggling at the mo to get over
