5:41, but I'd done a 7 mile race the night before. Quite daunting, standing on the start line with 10-12 year olds as well as us "older folk"!!
Have managed to trace most of the route with Google Maps - is this cheating?

This race will be one hell of a mud bath. Rained all day here.
Same day as Gravy 6 or else I would have been tempted dong it for a long run.
Ah! A case of mistaken identity? Anyway, I'll try and smile through the mud!
This was not straight either, it went around a track ;->
Sun is out! I can feel the ground drying out as we speak!:)
Talked to my father on the phine lasy night who advised taking a pair of tennis rackets to walk across the bogs!
I'm just about the worst photographer in the world.
I think the confusion comes from the Tanky's Trog race. I had a camera with me on Black Hill, but just for fun, and a few runners shouted "are you Richard?".
Surprised at my fame I answered yes, not realising that everyone thought I was Richard Asquith, who was a few hundred feet away taking some brilliant pictures.
wish i was doing this on sunday but stuck in hornsea
Just back from cheering them on at the top of Holme Moss. 85 runners starters today apparently, doesn't seem like many this year. Poor nutters - it was cold, blowy & wet out. :p
