It's gone from Bed time to Cramp time, my fault:eek::D
Exactly!
Reminds me after the ppp cyclocross, some hardman:rolleyes: at work asking me what position i finished, told him, to which he replied 'That's crap'
Well, i said, i've done it, could you?
Could'nt resist adding 'What position would you be in if i sat you on your arse'
Poor sod had a sense of humour failure, some people:rolleyes:
Night everybody. Up in 3.5 hrs for a nice drive to Dudley!
One more word on cramp, Rob Jebb, on being asked what his secret is to winning the ppp Cyclocross every year, 'It's hard work, hard training and suffering'
Joss Naylor, who's had his fair share of cramp, 'When its in the heart, you just plod on'
Remember seeing Karl Gray win the Wadsworth Trog in February, coming in something like nine minutes in front of Ian Holmes and looking fresh as a daisy, asked daz h 'How does he do that?'
He replied 'Hard work, mate'
We can't all be Rob Jebb, Joss Naylor, Karl Gray or daz h, but we can all set goals, work hard, suffer and enjoy ourselves.
And with that, i'm off to bed cos i've got cramp in me fingers:eek:
Off to bed to dream of my new friendship with Sophie, if she'll have me:rolleyes:
