Wow, that was a bit slippy wasn't it! Only went down once myself, dropped off that soggy ledge just after the crag descent and took a slide, i could hear someone else sliding up behind me after i'd regained my feet and thought i might be going down for a second time. Got a sodding stitch half way down and had to back off, probably didn't beat my PB; didn't jump the cattle grid either, too risky with my performance reigned in by that stitch. Lots of forumites about, well done you lot!
Having no shame I did some quite long stretches of the descent on my backside... even picked up some places in the process :-)
