Not having done this before can somebody answer this, are there cut off times in this race, this will be my first race after op if all goes well and just concerned if the cut off times are tight, i will be aiming to just get round!!

I shouldn't think so, it is not really long enough to bother with cut offs, though if you are really worried contact Wynn via the webpage.
Check previous years race results on the webpage to see whether you think you will be slower than any of the tail enders.
Don't worry so long as you get to the top of Robinson the marshals sweep the course so if all else fails you can run in with them. We haven't lost anyone todate....... :DQuote:

the race is pretty simple anyway, there is no need for a map if you recee the course,
did it myself on sunday the paths are pretty clear just a few little turns.
