Cheers WP, DTand AndyA. Think I'll take a good steady approach. These AL fellraces take a bit of adjusting to after lots of Long LDWA type events over recent years - people really leg it and they're way quicker than I usually go.

are they still taking entries on the day? Just checking as don't want to travel all that way just to get turned down.
Ian,
Entry on day is still OK, but will cost you double the pre-entry fee, and no guaranteed T shirt - NB registration closes at 10am. I understand that Keiran had 371 pre-entries as at 16th Nov, although with the normal drop out rate there will probably be around 300 running!
I'll be at my normal marshalling points - gates at Buttock early on, and at the Trig for CP10. Usual jelly babies/flap jack will be on offer, with a limited supply of drinks (it is heavy to carry up). Say hello as you pass if you still have the strength after those 3 big climbs!!
See you Saturday
Ady from Accy will be snapping everyone. Give him a wave and a smile as you roar past.
No stopping for a photo shoot Steve - keep trotting on by and I will shout some abuse!
Watch out, Watch out, Pendle witches are about!! Take heed all ye who dare........
