What a fantastic route the edale skyline is.sunday was my first attempt at it and i have to say i really enjoyed it.I was quite pleased to finish 6th and also to run sub 3hrs(2.56.14) especially as i took a few bad lines when Pete vale and chris steele were still in sight.well done to everyone just to get round i reckon!:)
I passed a chap with a white Otley vest coming down the last flight of stone steps, bob on 4.00 hrs ...
That were me in the Otley vest. Were you the other Bowland runner? i could hear you behind me but my legs were totally bu66ered.
I lost my nerve on that rocky bit. There was a lass from Ilkley right in front of me and she went down it dead easy and just kept motoring away from me all the way down. It didn't help that my glasses kept coming off making it difficult to see where I was going. :(

Seem to be in the wrong order though
Image 3784 is of at least 2 maybe 3 doing the 'down and up'
Great pics Dan - and you conveniently show me having to carry my glasses again. I think my ears must shrink after 3 hours running so they keep falling off. I going to staple them on for my next race.
