What's BBC prison then One Hill?

it is a horrid place in the middle nowhere where they trap you in and make you learn stuff - think they also call it a 'training centre' :confused: but 24 hours a day trapped in certainly feels prison like to me!!

Bet it is great for off road running.... if you are lucky enough to go in summer !
