Seconded. The jelly babies being handed out on the Big End were most welcome - as were the refreshments at the trig.
I bet you don't get to run the FToP on a day like that very often.
A magnificent beast of a race.

Thanks to all involved in organising the race. I suffered at the end but enjoyed it. Off for a kip now!!!
Mark was doing his 23rd tour. He got a a silver tankard for it. Just left him in the Pendle Inn, his tankard has been filled and emptied quite a few times now!
Well done to my Martin, completed tour today in 3.38. only 21 months after major heart surgery (8 hours in theatre, amongst other things a new heart valve).
I am so proud of him
Well done Mark and Martin:thumbup:
Martin did brilliant today - watching my back at the cross country again now Kath ;)
Fantastic day - well done Kieran and the team - I don't know how you manage for £5 to provide a free T Shirt for a race that requires that much work.
My first Tour and I couldn't come down the hills at all today, but got round enjoyed it and will be back again.
Midges out as well - incredible weather for back end of November.
What a fantastic race - a monster! Thanks to Kieran and the team for a superb job and thanks for the good company. Really lucky with the weather. It would be a real beast on a bad day.
