Naff off! We're keeping it down here.

Don't think I'll be running for a couple of weeks at least. Bit of a bugger as I'd started to get something resembling consistent training together at last.

I reckon an 8 miler at Ovenden would be perfect for recovery. Chip butty and some Black Sheep too. Can't go wrong.
