Well, Mr Bailey did turn up to Bowstones and won the race as expected, but I still managed to improved my points (Simon 40:49, me 58:42 so 56 points please, Daz).

Coming up this month are The Hebden, Lamb's Longer Leg and Kinder Trial to begin with. I'm sure there'll be more.

On the subject of promotions I vote for Sam W and Karen for promotion. They deserve to be in the Premier League more than I do.

Sorry Karen park runs dont count.
Only fell or similar types, nowt on tarmac.

Ok although cuerden park run is approx a third to half Tarmac at most so no more than HH or Calderdale

Unlucky, Karen. My local Lyme Park parkrun has no tarmac and is more fell race than parkrun, but it still doesn't count because it's parkrun. :-)

69 points for me at Trigger yesterday please. I came in at 4:43:45 to Neil Northrop's 3:36:06, which I'm pleased with all said & done. Might do Kinder Trial at the end of the month, with one or two cross-country races along the way.
