Friday 50 lengths in the pool
Sat 30 miles on the bike 1.5 hours in the gym
Sun 20 miles on the bike (would have been longer but got apuncture and my spare tube had a split valve so had to fix it on the side of the road, got cold and p***ed off so went home :( ) plus another 1.5 hours in the gym
Groin feels alot better this morning! Going to try a gentle jog tonight! I'm going to have to do something with winter hill coming up and eff all training done!
