Have to agree that I thought course change was an improvement. Distance wise I got roughly similar to previous two years of just under 22.
I was quite pleased to go a few minutes faster than last year and 2007, makes extra miles in training worthwhile.
I plotted the route out on Tracklogs and it remained unchanged at 22 miles, give or take a few tenths.
I uploaded my pictures last night:

Really enjoyed the Rombalds yet again, good feel to it. Must say the Gel packets were an annoyance to me too, especially the two Go ones placed neatly on a tree stump.
All in all another good day out.
Hi to the forumite who said hi to me , sorry u always remember my name. Hope u had a good run.
Talking of Gel wrappers, it's strange but I never noticed any, and I usually do notice that sort of thing. Perhaps I was snow blind or too far off in my ecstatic zone :D
A few from my club are doing this in February. Good run over Baildon Moor,Ilkley Moor,Otley Chevin.
Followed by afternoon compulsory pub crawl around Guiseley :D
any other of you forumites up for it ?
I hope to be there with various other Keighleyites. Some more of last year's snow would be good :)
Got my entry in.
Forgot SAE.
Now got that on the way too...:o
