Mmmmm. Not forgetting to congratulate the bride and groom of course. As long as you escape before the disco starts to impose itself upon the proceedings, you will never wish to be anywhere else. ;)
Ha ha. I had the Wycoller or the Pumlomon on my 'possibles' list. I think that's just decided it.............. :p

You've got me thinking there Derby Tup. It's a great event; I've done it many times. I'll already be up in Kendal for the 'runfurther' party on Saturday. I wonder if I can be sober enough and early enough to get across for that on Sunday? Probably not, methinks. Shame.

I'm going to give this one another go this year. I did it last year, but missed out a few miles including Bolton Abbey. Total white out on the tops. It's a long drive up from Yorkshire - I arrived with about 10 minutes to spare (along with a few others)Quote:
