I think there is a problem with the Borrowdale FR web site (or is it just me?) but I cannot get onto it. Could you let us know when it is fixed?
(I marshalled last year and really want to be 'on the other side' this year)

Just how quickly is this likely to fill up? I'm probably worrying unnecessarily, but I've got to wait until after I've done Duddon this w/e before I can honestly say I've got the qualifying races! I think you'll be ok until well after Duddon TT - seem to remember last year it taking a few weeks to fill up.
You should be fine entering after Duddon. It only fills up super-quick in championship years. On a normal year it takes a good few weeks to fill.
The website should be fine as it has been tested using a range of browsers. If you have any problems getting the form then send an email to [email protected] and i will email you the form.
