Knee/ligament damage. :(. started at edale, finished me off at the PPP
the physio has suggested NO real running for the next few weeks at least. i am therefore performing stretch/strengthen excersise twice a day with some cycling thrown in to keep fitness. no impact to the leg allowed. i am hoping to be back racing by the hallam chase at the very earliest (seeing how things go) or by the oughtibridge chase. both short fast races, as the injury is brought on/made worse by doing the longer stuff.
which, as you will know, for me is rather lucky :)
