Thanks for your good wishes guys. Managed a big chunk of chocolate cake:) this afternoon. Maybe my lunchtime run would have been better if I'd had the cake before I ran rather than after - total lack of energy.

Here's hoping a few glasses of red tonight will make for a productive training session tomorrow lunchtime.
