I think the race is full Gary!

I really enjoyed the Hope Moors and Tors 20, despite rain virtually throughout - shame this one is full.
In a slightly more reasonable manner, I've put the shorter and longer routes onto a google map to show the distance/climb difference.... Not Ian's straight line short route though.... that would be silly!

This year, I need to learn the good line from Edale Cross to Grindsbrook Knoll, and then I'll be happy.
Just back from a 2nd recce/ 2nd leg; good day for it again - except for the fact that Mudclaws are as useful on icy patches as a pair of skis...
Two questions for you helpful people if you don't mind:) : what line is recommended through the woolpacks? Do you stay completely on the left side? I dropped a bit to the right, but made a mess of it...
And finally - the Ringing Roger CP - is it right on the top of RR? Or can you skirt to the right in front of RR?
Thanks again all! Will keep plodding on....
Not sure about the woolpacks line - don't think mine was optimal.
On Ringing Roger the checkpoint is on the top of the rocky bit.
so I see entries have closed
are there any subs? I seem to remember last year about 70 entrants did not turn up ....
