Just printed off an entry form, should be a good warm up for The Lakeland Loop the week after, 70 miles finishing with Hardknott and Wyrnose passes, good luck with the injuries;)

Did it last year by myself, managed to talk 3 mates into doing it this year, told them it was easy, ok so i lied a bit:D

you are a brave man merry, I can't even talk mymates into watching a race let alone running one.
