Re: Fiendsdale is ON
I was surprised to pass someone of her class on the way down to Feinsdale head. I don’t think she was enjoying the leg swallowing bogs and peat hags. They were tough to keep a momentum going on. The only parts where you could waste time is on the decent off Feinsdale head and descending too early down Blindhurst Fell to cp 6. It may just not be a course suited to her style of running, at the moment.

Bowland deffo taking the team win as well by the looks of it!
4 out of the top 5 places, very well done :)
Definitely a race which requires more than just running speed/stamina, especially with the weather conditions on saturday....a proper fell race.

Fiendsdale Fell Race
A quick heads up for this fixture - see the FRA calendar/fixtures list for details. We are limited to 100 and it is pre-entry, so shape up to avoid disappointment!

Re: Fiendsdale
Any forumites going along to this one?
This was my first real tough climb (Fairsnape) in a fell race about 8 years ago, knocked my socks of it did.
