Joe spent 2 hours with Ben last night recceing the course paying attention to detail.
They have some special marks that they are both following:D

Thanks to Rod and his team of helpers, marshalls for today's race. I think I followed my posted map line a little too closely on the last bit across the moor and ended up in some deep ditches :eek: The running conditions were just about perfect with that nice mix of mud and heather.

I met Ernie, the forum mascot, at the end as well :cool:
