Today's Bike Ride

Steady 12m at tea time. Hilly and I am not as strong in the legs as I thought I was:o

Road bike for me, is DT still up for it?

Anyone else want a steady 23 mile with a pint at half way and some home made soup and bread to finish?

Ride out with friends and a pint. Not going to miss that. Leopard skin cat suit and a feather boa ;)

Just a steady 16 mile this morning building up to the BIG ONE next Saturday.

Managed to average 14 mph:confused:

I don't want to keep the fit lads waiting;)
