Evening all, not been on much the last few days been a wee bit poorly and had to have a few days off work

Hope you get well soon Pinno. Was meant to do a run with Ady today in Yorkshire but couldn't make it as the m6 was closed, was gutted! Guess you haven't been running much the last few days then?

Cheers Harrymoon. Not run since Sunday have had to have a few days off work and looks like tomorrow as well. That is a shame about not being able to meet up with Ady. The weather has been bad for travelling. Think it will be a few days yet before I pick up my running.
