Excellent day, Moon, legs have disowned me:eek: Think they are filing for divorce. Set a goal of getting around in six and a half hours, did it in about 6:20, so pleased with that considering i've never ran 32 miles before, racing tomorrow?

yeah had a day without running today so looking forward to tomorrow, 'attempting' lads leap near glossop, most i've ever run is a half marathon! great achievement that today
