ouch at the ice bath! you have shown some admirable testicular fortitude. lads leap was a good race, some cracking scenery and interesting terrain, about 200 there I think. I still need lots more hill training ...

ah well, back to normal work today after 2 months away so maybe back to normal running :confused:
