Is there an updated entry list anywhere?
Thanks.
The Final List is on the website, if there is anyone who is on the list & unable to run can we ask they get in touch & cancel as we still have people on a reserve list wishing to run!
Cancellations will be accepted until 22:00 on Friday!
Huh, I read that Nuun tablets were 'good for cramp' so I took some and they gave me cramp. Chucked 'em away after that and not had cramp since. Eat, hydrate and stretch is the best way to stop the onset of cramp. And if you're tired (as you will be on the last couple of climbs) don't suddenly try any acrobatics to get over stiles etc. Best of luck for Saturday.
Let's hope the clag is down to the chimney pots..........hee hee ;-)
pickle vinegar cures cramp instantly.....give it a go
