Hope to see lots of people at the race this weekend. As I'll be giving runners pre and post-race massage I won't be doing my usual photo duty for the team (Glossopdale) - I'm sure there's going to be lots of Glossopdale fans out there with cameras....if I could put in my request for snaps of Tim that'd be lovely, he's usually the only runner in white shorts :)
Just picked up prizes, looking like a nice job again.
Tim - Zephr? on here I think - will be doing some random kit checks at the track that leads to the start. We will have to see if he can match IanDarkPeak for kit check prowess
Yep. I will indeed be hiding in a bush and jumping out on unsuspecting people doing random kit-checkage.
(it may not be random, I'm going to try to get around EVERYONE- be warned)
PLEASE make sure you have what you're meant to have, I really hate writing down peoples race numbers and seeming like a kit nazi.
I have no idea about IDP's prowess, but I believe he will be there at the race so I might enlist him to show me some moves...
Thank you everyone for turning out and racing. Sorry about the delay but the provisional results are attached here as a text file. Not Mad Enough is away at the moment so it may be a little while before they appear on the Glossopdale site in proper format. Well Done to Simon and Kerry.

Here are some photos from this morning. Great conditions for a run - not bad for a gentle walk, too!
Yes well raced everyone. Particulerly to Janine (ECH) for forgetting her fell shoes and running the course in trainers - respect! - but remember for next time I normally have a size 6 - 7 (typically 6.5) in the quiver-bag in my car boot. Also, well done to Carl (Gloss) for driving all the way back to Hayfield for his pertex pants and missing the start by 3 mins - respect - but again, you should have looked-up my car boot...that was just two of the tit-bits of entertainment whilst marshalling the start / finish.
Thanks to all concerned, organisers and marshalls, for a fantastic race. This was the first time of doing this race for me, I'll be back next year, if possible. Probably the most enjoyable route of any race I've done. Up there with the Burnsall Classic as a 'must do' race.
Well done to the organisers and runners today, and a big thank you for the support for the Glossop Mountain Rescue Team from those who came for a sports massage - you generously donated £36.24.
ARGH! Had some family turn up so had to cancel my run, hope all went well. A great race sadly missed...:(
