I have been following you on Strava (I aint a stalker mind :o) You have done miles but theres not much climbing done. I was even poorer on the ascents last year and for last 2-3 months I have done nothing but hills and I feel much stronger now, my next step would be to learn to run up those hills :w00t: My advise to you is spend a month or 2 walking up proper hills and definitley your answer will be different then. :thumbup:
I am also thinking maybe next year we can get enough people to do the Strollers Billy Bland Challenge ;-)
