I'm a bit apprehensive but count me in.

Im camping the night before with Castlehill, if anyone is interested in meeting up friday for a few beers PM me.

Yep, I'm still in. Will anyone be passing through Kendal that morning who could give a lift??

Am a definitely maybe. Slightly concerned re having enough miles in the legs (what sort of training people up to?). Am thinking it will take about 6 hours, is that near the mark?:o

I will be there, maybe late friday - ok with tents in the dark NOYN? Good job it will be light until late!

The last runners on race day finish in about six hours so if your taking it easy trying to find the best route it will take a bit longer

I ran the Duddon valley in 4:18 but took 6:30 on a recce to give you an idea

my physio has told me that i MAY be ok to run by then. suggested i start earlier and walk the first bit til you guys catch me up. Anyone else up for this ? Then I will try and run some. Very unsure about unjury yet...hopeful though!:)
