oh emmi sounds manic :eek: plasterers are messy dusty buggers aren't they :rolleyes: but oh when you have beautifully smooth nice walls it is worth it

has spring sprung or is it going to go back to being winter tomorrow :confused: must admit this afternoon's run was lovely - perfect weather

just done a club road race :o
and eaten a big pizza on the way home.

first time in ages id used my DS racers:eek: , they had been nibbled by a mouse in the shed:(

Had a busy day at work then a long run of 14.12 mile after work. Great weather. How is the job hunting going?
