Was expecting somthing to have snapped as can't move mi arm! Got a lift back to burnley general by a man in a van via Settle and bentham for his deliveries. Ambulance was going to take me to bloody airedale.

More importantly, was your bike okay?? :)

F wheel knacked, somthing stuck at back wheel and helmet split. Bike still in guys van - the winter one so I'm not sweating.
