just bought a "forest green" baselayer - should go nicely under my illuminous vest :cool:

Fell pony relay, the forecast may keep our many coloured vests covered up, I am still taking Suntan lotion, you never Know :)

We could amend the route to something like the Bob Graham Pub Round. I'll do the Dog and Gun to the Oddies section, three times.

However i bet it is your ambition in life to run as fast as me especially on the 1 or 2 miles and track :D. And also to be able to eat as much and train as little and still get trials for the Welsh World junior team.

Having registered my fastest ever fell-race at Gun Run on Tuesday - 9:07 pace! :D - I will be resting on my laurels and having a quiet non-racing weekend :eek:

[although I might sneak out to recce a bit of the Bullock Smithy route ;) ]
