Well it isn't a race or should I say it isn't for me, so however long it takes, it's 23 miles so at 3/4 miles per hr. is about 6 to 7 hrs anything less is a bonus. How does that sound ??;)

Ok...although I will be hoping for a bonus of an hour or two less! ;)

May be a bit too quick for me these days, my back is knackered (arthritis) or should that be old age?:eek: anyway I'll see you there at the start.;)
