Amazing start from Gavin Bland. I wonder if he's done this fell running lark before...!

As for the other three, I let them have the week off. They've got a long hard season ahead of them.

The only inside knowledge I had was that I wasn't worth a pint! There was no signal at race HQ anyway! But I agree any teams/changes should be done before day of race.

Pick 4 runners from the lists, to a total cost of 13 pints. Post your team on this thread and that's it.
You've missed the first race, but that's ok - your team will pick up points from all the other races. There's a penalty for missing the first race though - you are only allowed 1 substitution during the season rather than 2.
