Could the awesome advisor advise him against running a race whilst imitating a "glow stick" or at least carry a warning so that we can don shades.:cool::D

I'm quite sure the awesome advisor would never advise wearing a luminous vest, but I'll ensure it gets passed on!

I've heard on the grapevine that AMEX is taking up a new volunatry post at championship races. Supposedly he will be blindfolded and will "vet" veteran competitors by feel alone....could make for an interesting day.

Mr Lantern Rouge, after last Saturdays Borrowdale recce, I have a strange urge to eat roasted honey cashew nuts (salted) out of dodgy plastic bags, can you help!!!!

I did a race last night in Hamsterley Forest and only 12 turned up to do it, at least i was not last!!!!
I believe there was political undercurrents within the host club . Still it was a good course and i pulled my puddings out plus won a couple of cans of Guinness and a snickers. the missus was well impressed.
Plus I met a guy who may become a Fell pony.

Bunny run 2? Think that's the bloke me and the Crumblies met at Tom Tittiman, his name is Keith, comes from the Haworth area and has an irish girlfriend who also runs in a pony vest, nice couple:cool:

Impressed with the way you carried on after that fall, many would have jacked after that, but you toughed it out, that's why you bother with this fellrunning lark, cos you still enjoy it even when it hurts and its better than shopping with the Mrs.;)
