Yup!! Couldn't sleep so got up at 4.30am,lodsa coffee, drove to Honister Pass, climbed a few hills, got sunburnt, came home, fell asleep in garden, got sunburnt, and just come back from pub, sunburnt:D

Muller 10k as in the yoghurt Muller? Had a right messed up week running with this calf strain hopefully back on track again tomorrow.

A great day for working on the allotment. Beenn in our garden all day lawn looks like a bowling green.
