Hello from Mr friggin' frustrated here; no running over the weekend due to feeling crap with the fag end of a cold/bug/virus/contagion/disease that I just can't get rid of. I picked up a cold a week prior to the Borrowdale run but still carried through, despite being 'clogged' with the cold on the day of the run and the piss poor starting weather. Ever since that day, my affliction has not got better and, periodically, has got worse with bouts of the er.... Jonny Trotters :eek:
Not running at the weekend has seemed to help though and I think I've shored things up :)
I don't know what it is with me and big events; I always have some sort of problem (or timely excuse depending on how you look at it) on the day!
