Evening HM. Anoher good run from you today at the Muller 10k. Some good photos of the race today as well.
oh not checked the photos yet, was one of the hottest races i've done i'm sure, incredible temp for May
brilliant goods at the end too, a t-shirt, a training top, 12 yoghurts, + more, will definitely do this race again, superbly organised as plenty of water on route
early one for me as have a dvd to watch, hope everyone has a good week
