My running today involved a 4*400 relay which was ok as we were miles in the lead by my anchor leg so i could ease up. 62 seconds.
And before that 800m which i was chuffed with 2:06.

Wednesday was an extended excursion ex shed up Porter Valley the steep little climb to Ringinglow over to Limb Valley got lost ended up on Hathersage road, nearly dark by the time I got back but had the countryside to myself
Unlike todays walk (sorry) again up the valley then to Rud Hill then across Burbage moor and across from Long Line to the Limb valley and home again.
had a cracking run yesterday from ribblehead-whernie then over to ingle and back down via park fell. the dog found the muddiest puddles to lie in!!
Today I will be running to the pet shop to buy collars for my cats as some well meaning person I think is feeding them  neither of them came home last night, little toe rags.

2 hours around Stoop Hill, Top Withins, Ponden Kirk.
Lovely, but nearly came acropper scambling down a steep and rocky bank near the Kirk to remove something I didn't think should be there ;)
11.5 miles this afternoon on a mixture of trail paths and roads around Cronton, Pex Hill and Blundells Hill. Lovely day out running.
4.2 miles (36 mins) from home just after 8pm -still very warm but pleasant slight breeze:).
Wonderful 6ml on Bronte moors with club from Oldfield. Heather in full bloom; what a pleasure to be out and about
Getting back into it slowly as i have no stamina.
Week before last 25 miles and 100 miles bike road and cross.
last week 39 miles running, most in a week since feb, a cyclocross race and 30 miles on cross bike.
This week
Sat 15 miles - Whernside and Ingleborough (including silly fall on top of Ing right in front of walkers shelter) in rain and wind.
Sun - Lakeland country show fell race (up to Coniston old man and back 6.9 miles). Have forgotten how to descend!
Mon rest
Tues - 9 miles offroad steady with club
Wed - 24 miles bike including 10 mile time trial, undulating course and nasty return headwind, put 2.38 into Dick Ballentine (which doesn't make up for the fact he made 6 mins on sundays descent on me).
Steady 25 road bike planned for tonight.
oh and walked mile up hill to house with bike on my back last night as part of 3px training, something several of us will no doubt be doing a lot more of in future weeks.

3m to work, ran up Old Ripponden Bank, 8m home 1650ft, ran all the ups, shedding a stone in the last 6 months has helped i think:rolleyes:
A run around the nicely undulating Spofforth trail race route (minus start/finish field) c 6m in 49 mins.
Nipped out this evening to run 30 or 40mins but ended up doing 1hr 50mins. Beautiful evening in Bolton Abbey area
Went for a very wet and misty run up Fairfield from Rydal Hall this afternoon, not fast and not pretty descending but was great to be out on the fells again. Ankle not 100% but don't think I'm doing it any harm running on it now.
From what now feels like home (Bents Green edge of Sheff) up the Porter valley to Lud Hill, then across by eventually faint and unrunnable path through tussocks and bog to Burbage, along the top for a bit, then cut across to Houndkirk Rd, Ringinglow, Spar Shop and home. Not sure how far as although I have compeletly unpacked the map is still missing.
Badminton last week......football last night......what will be next? Gymnastics?
Missed out on a peak district run this weekend, due to sudden blur-o-vision and no running since :(
Might brave a run tomorrow - just need to watch out for lamp posts as I still can't see properly!
7.1 miles, soaking wet, dog totally pissed off but worth it!

Sun - 5 hour organised 3px training off road ride in dales
Mon - 2 hour club steady off road ride on X bike.
Tues - knackered
Today - desperately trying to think of an excuse for not doing 4 hour off road ride on X bike in an hour in the pouring rain and wind and a fell race tonight. (am on leave and mustn't waste the time)

Started ride yesterday, felt knackered after 5 miles, turned back, went home and fell asleep on sofa watching Magnum (never found out who did it).
Did Piethorn in the evening and felt slightly better. Will try cycle ride again this pm.
(yesterdays) 5 odd miles from home up the valley steep little climb up to Ringinglow and back. Tried to push it a bit. Grunted a lot but felt better. First headtorch run of the year. Owls bats and glistening grass.
