going to chill out today,just spent the weekend in north wales climbing and doing the moel elio race,going to go out climbing tommorow then get up to the lakes for some running wednesday,then up to lakes at weekend for hellvellyn

Out for a 2.5 hour gentle trot off road later, gonna time it right for a dip in the river next to school before i pick the nippers up:cool:
