Nice 9 miles/2400' on Pendle. Sunny with a cooling breeze, could have done it again when I got back to the car but after a tuna but and litre of cordial I thought better of it!

Barden Bridge to Cavendish Pavillion and back. Did me power of good after day spent largely on M62. A big sign at the farm with big hairy Highland cattle advertising Burnsall Feast.
4.5 miles at lunchtime for me so far.
Our club fell run this evening from Edale. Meal in the Rambler afterwards.
Anyone who fancies about 90 minutes at a leisurely pace most welcome.
Meet in village car park 6.45pm.
an hour or two's cycle round the forest yesterday .. currently sporting grazed knees, elbows, a cut lip and a twisted shoulder :rolleyes:
